Every new employee needs a ready-to-use device. Every old device needs to be securely wiped and disposed of. In between: updates, repairs, upgrades, licence management. With our Workplace as a Service, we manage the complete lifecycle of all endpoints – laptops, PCs, smartphones and tablets. Your IT department (or yourself) is completely relieved of this.

Zero-Touch Rollout & Onboarding

New employees receive a fully configured device – already with all required apps, security policies and access rights. No manual setup: unbox the device, sign in, get started. Fully automated via Autopilot and Intune.

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Via Microsoft Intune or Jamf, we centrally manage all devices: software distribution, security policies, remote access, encryption and remote wipe when lost. Works for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android alike.

Lifecycle Management & Secure Offboarding

We track all devices, plan replacement procurement in time, and ensure decommissioned devices are wiped in compliance with data protection (DOD 5220.22-M) and properly disposed of or refurbished. Certified wipe certificate included.

Do I have to buy devices or can I lease them?

Both are possible. In the purchase model, we procure and set up devices. In the Device-as-a-Service model, you pay a monthly rate per device – including support, updates and replacement. No capital tied up, no surprises.

What happens if a device breaks?

We replace it as quickly as possible – either with a loan device or a direct replacement. We typically resolve remote support cases on the same day.

How does employee offboarding work?

We deactivate all access, certifiably wipe the device and document the process in a GDPR-compliant manner. On request, you receive a wipe certificate for your compliance records.

Which devices are supported?

Windows PCs and laptops, Macs, iPads, iPhones and Android devices. We work with all leading manufacturers: Lenovo, HP, Dell, Apple, Surface.
